BEAUTIFUL EFFECTS can be created with the range of pencils in this set including 8914/HB, 2B, 4B, 6B. The graphite leads in this set range from HB to 6B and provides the artist with a broad variety of tone and mark making ability. HB is the hardest lead in this set which gives the finest pointed line when sharpened to create fine lines and cross hatching effects. Whilst the 6B can be used to create more loose marks for smudging, denser, darker lines and shading.
