- By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion.
- The prize promotion is open to residents worldwide aged 18 years or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Manuscript Pen Company or any company affiliated with the promoter, their agents or any other person professionally connected with the promotion.
- How to participate: Entry and participation is free. Entry is by cleaning the three panels on the chalkboard in the online game. All entrants who match three pictures will win LEGO Gel Pen and Minifigure Set (style may vary). All participants will be added to the prize draw where one winner will be selected at random to receive an Ultimate LEGO Stationery Bundle worth over £100 (contents may vary). The winners will be selected either by a computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.
- The winners will be notified by email to the email address provided on the competition registration page within 14 days of the competition closing. Winners will be requested to provide additional details within 14 days to facilitate the delivery of their prize. If Manuscript Pen Company have not received these details within these 14 days, new winners will be selected in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- Prize details as follows:
- Prize 1: 1 x LEGO Gel Pen and Minifigure Set (There are several styles available within this collection and unfortunately it is not possible to request which one you would prefer). There are 25 prizes available in total, each winner will receive one set.
- Prize 2: 1 x Ultimate Stationery Bundle worth over £100. Bundle includes: 1 x Stationery Set with Minifigure, 1 x LEGO® Coloured Pencils with Topper, 1 x LEGO® Gel Pen with Minifigure, 1 x LEGO® Gel Pens 10 Pack, 1 x LEGO® Buildable Ruler with Minifigure, 1 x LEGO® Pencil Box with Minifigure and 1 x LEGO® Journal - building dream brick 4x6 with Gel Pen. (Contents may vary subject to availability).
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; no cash alternative is available. All prizes are subject to availability.
- If any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize(s) then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
- Players may play every day, however only one entry per person/registration/email will be considered for the instant win prizes. Multiple entries to the prize draw are allowed.
- The promotion will begin at 09:00 31/07/23 and will end at 23:59 02/09/23.
- All winners must, at the Promoters request, participate in reasonable promotional activity surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images in promotional material across their digital channels.
- The winners' surname can be requested by sending an email to manuscript@manuscriptpen.com after the Closing Date. If you are a winner and don’t agree to this, or otherwise wish to limit the information that we make available, please contact us via this email address.
- The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion at any time without prior notice.
- This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or associated in any way with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Manuscript Pen Company and not to any social media platform.
