Multiset pack of 6 graphite lacquered pencils by the renowned KOH-I-NOOR.
These WOODLESS pencils are perfect for artists and budding artists to create strong lines and shadowing effects.
BEAUTIFUL EFFECTS can be created with the range of pencils in this set including 8911/HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B and a WATER SOLUBLE 8912/4B pencil. The leads in this set range from HB to 8B and provides the artist with a broad variety of tone and mark making ability. HB is the hardest lead in this set which gives the finest pointed line when sharpened to create fine lines and cross hatching effects. Whilst the 8B can be used to create more loose marks for smudging, denser, darker lines and shading.; The water soluble pencil will add another dimension again.
EXPLORE & EXPERIMENT with the water soluble pencil on rough paper or your sketch pad and see how it works with watercolour paints. Add a little water to 'erase' the mark or make it lighter, try dabbing it out using a kitchen towel and blot the mark out on paper to create lovely visual effects. Explore and experiment with your new pencils on your sketch pad or rough paper to see what effects you can make!
